Leadership is not about talk-talk or control-control
There are many quotes about leadership some fade with time others stand the test of time.
I am still teaching/coaching many leaders based on this simple yet profound statement from the 5 century BC, this one stands the test of time and stands out.
“A leader is best when people barely know he exists of a good leader who talks little when his work is done, his aim if fulfilled; they will all say we’ve done that our selves”.
