It’s time we really appreciated one another, we are all individuals, created differently, each with a unique purpose.
Today stop trying to get others to think, act and walk as you do, it does not work and builds up resentment worst of all others may copy you thinking this is good but in reality it’s not releasing their gifts nor the plans and purposes God has for them.
The key to effective and sustainable leadership is to understand each person and the talents and gifts they have to offer you and knowing which part of your vision they fit into and then allow them to participate with good Christian coaching.
This takes time and time is a precious commodity by giving of your time, others will feel appreciated and develop a closer bond between you.
Colossians 3:10 (MSG) Now you're dressed in a new wardrobe. Every item of your new way of life is custom-made by the Creator, with his label on it. All the old fashions are now obsolete.
